Open Desk at StartupLabs with CareMatrix

On this edition of Open Desk Minc is hosting Magnus Wallengren and Fred Kjellson, Innovation managers/Health at Innovation Skåne. You can come and talk to them about the following topics:

-   Collaborative opportunities with public health sector/first buyer

-   Opportunities in European innovative procurement project Carematrix -awarding >€4m to companies/SMEs in Digital Health.

Magnus Wallengren is an Innovation Manager at Innovation Skåne. He is involved in collaborative development projects as well as being the project coordinator for the EU H2020 project Carematrix. Before joining Innovation Skåne he worked at Region Skåne, the regional healthcare provider, as medtech engineer, specifically in device procurement, as well as operational development, specifically in the implementation of eHealth solutions.

Fred supports life science companies and entrepreneurs in their product and service development towards the public healthcare in Region Skåne – from idea and needs analysis, to clinical trials. Fred is a medical device specialist with experience from: project management, regulatory issues, medical device evaluations and planning, cooperation between the public and private sector and running a medical device start-up.

About Open Desk:

Open Desk is an opportunity to the entrepreneurs at Minc, more specifically the ones at StartupLabs, to get one-on-one advice provided by other institutions operating within the Öresund region and within the Innovation system free of charge.

Minc will host someone working within the Innovation system to be at StartupLabs  and the entrepreneurs will then have the chance to drop by for advice. The institutions as well as the person representing it will be announced prior to each edition highlighting which topics are available for consultation. (Check minc website, Minc Insider and/or the Newsletter to be up-to-date).

There is no booking needed, simply drop by at the set time and date to talk directly with the person available at the Open Desk that week and make the best out of your time!
