An initiative by Minc, in Malmö, the Wearable Tech Hackathon is a place for hackers: use yours skills and together, come up with a prototype of what could be the next coolest Wearable Technology product!
We invite you to test your ideas within Wearable Technology: maybe it'll be something related to fitness? Health? Fashion? We're excited to see what you can come up with during these 24 hours!
The Hackathon is free to attend, although a minimum set of skills are required for you to participate. For those of you who want to improve your skills, we're offering 3 different courses that you can choose to take before the Hackathon:
- Monday, April 20th:Laser Cutter introduction (2 hours)
- Tuesday, April 21st:3D Printing Course (2 hours)
- Wednesday, April 22nd: Arduino Intro Course (2.5 hours)
Courses are offered with a discount and includes the registration to participate in the Hackathon. Seats are limited and some courses offer different timetables. Before signing up to a course, make sure to choose the one that suits your needs the best and check the schedule, as same courses are offered at different times (More info is described in each ticket pass).
